		<description>Well, I&#039;m afraid to take the test! I probably have the most disfunctional MLM team on the planet! We don&#039;t do meetings, calls... hardlly anything! We just build online 100%, and teach through e-mail etc. how to do it.

I can tell without even taking it that I&#039;m in the &quot;Needs Growth&quot; category ;-)
